By accessing this website and/or enrolling in our yoga courses, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. 3. Eligibility
To enroll in our yoga courses, you must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
4. Fees and Payments
Tranquil Soul Yoga offers various yoga courses at different prices. The fees for each course will be clearly stated on our website. Payment must be made in full before the start of the course. We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. All fees are non-refundable.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your yoga course, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the course start time will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
6. Code of Conduct
Tranquil Soul Yoga is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all students. We expect all students to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner towards our instructors and other students. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the course without refund.
7. Liability
Tranquil Soul Yoga is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during our yoga courses. By enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved in physical activity and agree to release Tranquil Soul Yoga from any liability.
8. Copyright
All content on Tranquil Soul Yoga's website, including text, images, and videos, is the property of Tranquil Soul Yoga and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without our written permission.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
